The kitchen is a room or rooms in the house to which we should pay more attention when it comes to cleanliness, order and disinfection.
And there’s a simple reason for this: in the kitchen all food consumption, and lack of prudent housekeeping could cause all kinds of illnesses to any household member are prepared.
We learn simple and natural way to clean different surfaces and items in the kitchen, to be safe and also take care of our environment and our health.
Clean cutting boards
The best way to prevent cross contamination (when, for example, bacteria from raw meats to vegetables in oil consumption are spread using the same cutting board) is using a specific table for each type of food: meats (including one for red and one for white), vegetables, fruits, meats, and also, a different one for cooked foods.
But also to differentiate the tables, we keep clean. To clean and disinfect a plastic table simply rub with a synthetic brush, hot water and soap dishes.
To clean a wooden board, however, it is best to sprinkle baking soda and lemon juice, rubbing with a clean synthetic brush and leave on before rinsing with plenty of hot water. Let dry well, either in the air or a clean cloth.
Clean countertops and ceramic kitchen
As with cutting boards, the wood countertops and islands are to be disinfected with baking soda and lemon juice or, failing that, a few drops of white vinegar alcohol. Then, go over with a cloth or clean, damp sponge in hot water.
The aluminum surfaces can simply be cleaned with dishwashing detergent and hot water without using chemicals that may leave a film of inconvenient wastes.
If you want a better disinfection, cleaning finishes wiping with a cloth soaked in white spirit vinegar and hot water in equal parts, or only vinegar.
With this technique, you can also clean the surfaces of granite, marble and natural stones, rubbing with a synthetic bristle brush so that the mixture from entering the pores.
The glass surfaces, glass and mirrors, however, be better if you spray with white spirit vinegar and rub with a soft cloth to disinfect and remove the grease.
The stainless steel surfaces and utensils may be left with an impeccable appearance and disinfected if you go over a bit of baking soda dissolved in a few drops of hot water.

Clean kitchen floors

The plastic or laminate flooring, as well as the vinyl, can be cleaned with a cup of white distilled vinegar dissolved in two liters of water. Rub with liquid using a mop, cloth or sponge, and let the air vent for cleaning and disinfection impeccable.
